Compomotive

Post by Pigpen »

I hope everyone had a merry Xmas and is busy preparing for the 2009 season.

Has anyone got spare or know's of, an inner rim from a compomotive 13"split rim wheel.
Dimensions are 13" nominal dia. 4.25" overall depth and 18 holes on a 10.5" PCD

All the best for the new year.

Dermot I would imagine would have some rims. Try Image wheels http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/pages/contact.html
They make rims, hubs etc to fit Compomotive wheels. When i had the Lola I broke a hub and they recast a copy for £40! That was I know 7-8 years ago so prices would have changed. I have bought rims of them too when we changed the sizes and types of rubber on the lola.
Yours are Turbo hubs?...i think. Give them a call they stock more than the web site shows.

Cheers Lee.

Image wheels seem to stock the whole range of compomotive split rim bits.

So when are you going to be out and racing next?

I have no idea. Spending all my time and money on my house at the moment. I would like to be around at a few events this year lending a hand if needed. Thats if the Magic Motorsports contract allows me too.
