Mallory's crumbling paddock

Post by samier »

Has any improvements been made to the paddock since last years race? The tarmac in the paddock is worse than some roads in third world countries!

I was there a few weeks ago - the paddock is worse IMHO. Increase the ride height!!!

With the money they pull in from events and testing you would think they would invest in making the facilities better!

To be fair (!) the BARC have invested in the place - they have increased run off in many areas (including the hairpin), new barriers, moved spectator banking back etc.

The Paddock is shocking but hopefully they will get the money together to sort it at some point.
