There were two Mono drivers in the Britcar24 event.
Martin Short - who guest drove in Mono1800 at Oulton Park, was driving the Rollcenter Mosler MT900R alongside Andy Neate (who almost died at the same event in 2008). Qualified 9th overall in daytime running with 2m15.270 (wet). They were fasted in the night qualifying (each driver had to do three laps in the dark) - 2m.12.001. Not raining but track damp. The car was finally retired after lots of electrical problems in the 10th hour. 179 laps completed. Best lap 1:55.170.
Martin Byford - who guest drove in Mono1800 at Croft, was driving a Honda Civic type R. Qualified 33rd with 2:26.347 (daytime/wet). 2:28.547 (night/damp). Their Honda completed the 24 hours, covering 420 laps, their best a 2:12.325, but 145 laps behind the winning car.
Winning car was a Ferrari F430 which covered 565 laps, an average of 75.22mph, best lap 2:01.845. Second place car was on the same lap, 58 seconds behind.
Notable performance was the Ginetta entry, who drove a road spec G40 from the factory, swapped the tyres and brake pads for racing ones, completed the 24 hour race and drove back - although one driver said that 2nd and 3rd gears were now a bit iffy!
