Annual Dinner

I've just been looking at the photographs from the annual dinner.
I'm very disappointed. Andrew Cliffe might be a very good motorsport photographer but he doesn't seem to good on people.
I only recognised myself by the red tie and the cups that i'm holding. But it wasn't me. It was some fat old ugly guy. I've noticed this with other paddock photographs that Andrew has taken. He just can't seem to get the likeness. The best snap he's ever taken of me, and fortunately the one Tony Cotton uses on the oddments that I write for Startline, is one where i'm sitting in my car with my helmet on. I think he's getting mixed up with filters or something because he occasionally gets it right. The shot of Kat Impey looked alright. I recognised her immediately.
So come on Andrew. If you can't get it right then you'll have to purchase an air brush or whatever it is these guys use.

Sounds like a somewhat impudent challenge to me.

In my case I think that Andrew did a grand job with unpromising material. :D

Sarah, Monoposto's resident biscuit monster, looks perfectly OK in each photo.

I think all drivers should come in their race overalls and helmets. Would be much easier to recognise everyone!

David, I couldn't agree more. In fact, I think Andrew is trying to get his own back on me for something and has photoshopped a Jabba the Hut photo onto an enlarged image of my outfit!

I blame Tristan most of all for not coming and collecting his silverware himself!!!
