Gearbox OiL / Dallara F301

Hello All,

Can anyone recommend what oil to use in the Hewland gearbox
It states in Dallara handbook
" GEARBOX OIL
In order to properly run the gearbox and the differential you need 2.5 litres of oil, SAE 80 or 90"

Oils have moved on since this was printed, so any recommendations?

F301 is I think 1.2 litres, F302 onwards (FTR) is 2.5. I just use 'cooking' 80 or 90 but change it every time I open the box.
