Just bought a FVL to contest this years championship. Can anyone with experience of this type of car point me in the right direction with regard to gear ratios for this years circuits please? Not expecting to be at the sharp end so no blaggers please, lol!

You might just want to check what differential you have in the car.
Vandieman used 2 in the factory 9/31 And a 13/36.
They only really used the 9/31 in the kent formula fords. And 13/36 in most of the other cars they biult.
Hewland when they biult the LD200 had 3 differential's available 9/31 10/31 And 13/36.
The majority of 10/31 went in swift formula ford 1600 and 1800 Zetec's

Checking the final drive ratio is good advice
I do think that most FVL's will have a 10/31 fitted, this was what was mandated in the formula.
The FVL is a Reynard design with a Mk9 box in a Reynard casing.
