will mono testing be separate from the f4 and f3's? or all in one

The open wheels will be out together unless there is a massive influx of them for testing in which case they might split it up. Very unlikely though.

I should also add that there is nothing particularly dangerous about that arrangement. Simply go at a sensible speed (i.e. not too slowly, even in the first few laps, as some guys have a lot of setup work to get through and are up to speed within half a lap), make sure your rain light is the best you can afford (note: there are no suitable rain lights available that don't flash - Cartek's flashing one is superb, and the MElectronics one is even better. Why fit anything that can't be seen through spray?), and stick to the racing line.

I wasn't there, but the main reason two Monoposti's were attacked at Silverstone is because they were going too slowly with inadequate rain lights. If you don't want to go fast, then skip that session.

Speaking as someone who has been known to go slowly. ahem...
If you pay your money and you stay on the line you should not expect to be 'attacked' by anyone during testing. I am not suggesting that anyone should get in the way of the fast guys on purpose but it's a commercial deal, you want to test, you pay you cash and you get track time. If someone wants private track time so they can go a bit faster then they are welcome to rent the track. I'm sure Dr Palmer would be pleased to accommodate them.
I get a sense of humour failure with some people who are super-quick in a carbon F4 or whatever who seem to feel that their track time is somehow more valuable than some guy who is out in single cylinder Cooper-Norton on two inch wide tyres doing his best. I don't know anyone who doesn't go pretty much as fast as they can when on track.
General testing is what it says on the tin.
Good advice about the rain lights.

That was my point. Go quickly in your car. If you have a slow car, go as quickly as you can. Don't spend two laps dawdling around at 30% of your ability/speed because "it's a bit wet", as all you do it catch someone out who wasn't expecting, say, an F3 car to do 60mph in a 120mph corner.

Yes, the youngsters in their Formula 4s or Formula Renaults are a bit too reckless at times, and seem to drive with red mist than cool precision, but the best way to be safe around them is to go as close to racing speed immediately and avoid going too slowly on the racing line in fast corners or changing lines in major braking areas.

But as I say, I wasn't there on Friday at Silverstone, and am merely commenting badly on Chinese Whispers.
