How else does he get from one surgery to another so quickly? It's the modern equivalent of the Flying Doctor's TV show.

I'm in LA at the moment. I have just spent the day doing the Pacific Highway on a rented Harley. As a result of the open face helmet I now look like an elderly panda and my hands are numb from the vibration of the Newcomen-Watt engine that Harley use to power their motorised bicycles. It's been a fun day though.
I checked out the tinterweb in my room and find I am being mocked. Which one in the video is supposed to be me then? I would never eat a McDonalds.

The pilot (aka Dr Griffin) doesn't EAT the McDonalds. He just buys it. We never know what he does with it in the cockpit (the forum seems to censor that word, but it's the room at the front of the plane where the pilot sits). I assume he operates on it.
