Monoposto has got 28 entries going to Spa for the Spa Summer Classic this coming weekend. We are sharing the grid this year with the French Classic Formula Fords, and we have been able to buy a couple of extra grid places from them to fit everyone in.
If any of our competitors have not yet received passes by post and event information by email then please contact me immediately on 01327 843056, or from tomorrow on +44 7770 368 648
I understand the weather is looking promising, but who knows at Spa.
Take care on the journey to Spa! I will be there from Thursday afternoon.
Regards
Simon Davey

Spa This Weekend
Re: Spa This Weekend
I wouldn't leave my wets at home, it is very likely it 'll rain on saturday. Last weekend also should have been dry on spa, but my mechanic shoes I was wearing on sunday are still not dry. I'll be there from friday morning as a mechanic for 2 bhc porsches. I'm really looking forward to see you guys driving, if I find some spare time I'll try to take a look in the paddock

But if you click on the session name you get a bit more information. Still not quite TSL but.... e.g. Click on Qualifying Practice 1 and it should take you to http://www.ris-timing.be/~circuit//summ ... /6ent1.htm
Great to see Neil on the class pole on his return to Mono. And Mr Clowes is looking quick. Again.
Q1 - http://www.ris-timing.be/~circuit//summ ... /6ent1.htm
Q2 - http://www.ris-timing.be/~circuit//summ ... /6ent2.htm
R1 - http://www.ris-timing.be/~circuit//summer/2013/6r1.htm
R2 - http://www.ris-timing.be/~circuit//summer/2013/6r2.htm
PDFs available with more information too, but they seem to come online longer after the session than TSL.

Re: Spa This Weekend
The class list doesn't match the name or the colour coding either.
Probably best to if ore that page. The classes seemed accurate on the live timing and results PDFs.

Re: Spa This Weekend
Not too worried about the timing. We all had a brilliant time, well perhaps not one of our number who had his car almost torn in half in an incident with another competitor. No bones broken just a very sorry looking racing car.
Simon ran a tight and happy ship, the Belgian organisers were officious as usual but all the races started on time and the gridding (is that a verb?) was quick and efficient. It didn't rain for any of the sessions apart from free practice on Thursday. We were all a bit tight for space but I shared my garage with very nice people. The whole atmosphere was great and Simon should be congratulated for his very large part in our good weekend racing.
By the way who ever closed the A1 last night needs shooting and his/her head placed on a spike on the Humber Bridge for all to see.

Re: Spa This Weekend
I have to say, it was fun watching you all race. I have to admit I was susprised of the speed of the jedi's!
Lucky me, I also have to work at zolder next week so I'll be able to also see the F3 cup giving it a go .
By the way, should any of the F3 competitors have some damage, the team I'm working for has a welding machine and other stuff, and I'll also be going home on saturday evening to return on sunday, and I have a well equiped workshop... I hope nobody needs it, but in case of an emergency it can be nice to have a backup plan .
I'm the one in the car, we 'll be there with this grey porsche and a white 964 porsche, that also can be found here on the picture.
