What's wrong with Hotel Peugeot?

Hotel Peugeot has gone to the big scrap yard in the sky.....something to do with me rolling it down the B4196...... In true rally style i tipped it back onto its wheels to drive on, but the battery had died. The old chuggerbug is no more.
