Re: Silverstone GP/Britcar Races
This is pureley the Fernview,is TFR biased, and probably of little interest to many, but I think we were really clever going out on wets with 43 other cars on slicks, hard to fly in the face of such unaminous choice, especially whilst still trying to live down the debacle of a few years ago at the old A...

Re: The Stig
Nothing to do with the Stig, but I did think "Who the foxtrot uniform # * is Vincent Fox",however after reading Phil/Pies/Dallara and dubious reference to Norfolk and handbrakes I began to see the light.I thought at first the logo was an osterich, but I now realize that there is only one man who cou...

Re: Hans Device
Someone has got their head in the sand.We will be racing on much the same circuits for the forseable future due to availability and cost, these are the facts and we are stuck with them. It is also a fact that a Hans device will almost certainly save you from serious injury in the event of a head on ...

Hans Device
I had good reason to thank Dr Steve Griffin for a post he put on the forum a few years ago,it basically said a hans device is the best safety device you can buy, cheaper than a wheel chair and should you have a big one if you have the former you will not need the latter.I am so glad I took his advice...

Re: Baking Grand Prix
To clarify the entry does not have to be baked in an oven, though it should be a cake or a dessert of some kind. no shop bought entries please!!!!! apple pie or meringues are both fine and sounds lovely. Sara you have to put in an entry otherwise there is nothing to aspire to. you can enter 'rations...

Re: 2010 Calender!
It feels good to be seconded by Jeremy,it does not happen very often. I think my views on SPA are fairly well known, it is by far the best circuit we have ever raced on and that is a view shared by the majority of F1 drivers past and present, I find it hard to believe that we are allowed on such hal...

Worthy of Awards
As we are approaching the Awards time of year there are obviously many candidates, but I would like to draw attention to a couple of guys who have given a lot to Mono this year; one is Andrew Cliffe , super photos and lots of them supplied for almost every round. Andrew makes Mono look very professio...

Re: Found at Croft
I am pretty sure it belongs to Bill Janson, he threw it in when his steering rack broke after the first session,in fact if you searched the paddock, throughout the season, I think you would find enough towels to start a small hotel !
