BOSS Formula/Eur0BOSS

Would anyone have entry lists, results or pictures they could share with me from BOSS Formula races 99/00 & EuroBOSS 01/04?

The old site used to be available with a lot of info but I cannot find it now.

Thanks, Nick.

Call James Ledamun at TRS, 01256 224610 and he will know exactly what you want and supply you direct. He has a 301 himself.

Re: Oil pressure failure at hightemperature

Mark, On a Toyota installation we have had a similar problem on more than one occasion and it has been a broken pressure relief valve spring. They usually break in the centre and the two halves of the spring wind themselves into each other thus exacerbating the issue. Quick fix at the circuit is to ...

Re: 1990 Libre? race at Pembrey

That is the title of a particular race. HSCC had a grid at the MAC promoted meeting. FF2000 I think. The two videos are both from the same one meeting. Some of the F1 footage is from the test day when the transporters are in the pit area.

Re: 1990 Libre? race at Pembrey

Midland Automobile Club meeting. I would think Duds or Matty uploaded it. They were recently having some DVDs done from the video. I was C of C and a young, still current Mrs Harrison is presenting the awards. MAC ran three meetings at Pembrey in 89,90 & 91 with a round of Monoposto at each. There w...

Re: Engine Regulations

James. My comments are not in any way directed at the overall sentiment of your post but rather specifically at the Honda F20C which on the face of it is an interesting consideration. On the plus side it has its roots in the H22A which is the donor engine for the NBE built Mugen so it is possible th...

On the assumption it is an FIA FT3 mandated tank in your car, 45.5 litres or 10 gallons.

Re: Gearbox OiL / Dallara F301

Chris

F301 is I think 1.2 litres, F302 onwards (FTR) is 2.5. I just use 'cooking' 80 or 90 but change it every time I open the box.

Re: 2 Day Meetings

I note that the vast majority of meetings are over 2 days with a practice and race on each day. This appears to me to be very "unfamily friendly" and a barrier to entry to those of us that have to carefully balance family time with our racing. I'm hoping to come back to Mono next year but I will ne...
