SPA!
Hi all!
just wondered if anyone has thought of anything for saturday night!
i can bring the AVIT! home built BBQ And the AVIT! sound system
If people are to bring there own cd's , Food N alcohol and a very small amount of soft drinks(for the kids) then surely we can have some sort of a shin dig!
It will be a case of bring your own n cook your own food and bring your own drinks and share with me lol!
If anyione has any intreast of this let me know if we get enough for a conga i will load the stuff in and bring it!

Um, sounds great, but any idea how long the revelry will continue? As a poverty stricken worker sold down the river by the running dogs of capitalism I am unable to afford hotel accommodation so was thinking of kipping in Chateau Brian James. If the music continues till late, might not be a runner......

Yrs miserable as usual

Am happy to lend you ear plugs and ear defenders? And for a few quid Mr Bragg can usually be persuaded to remove his top and shove it in the speakers (a la Rockingham '08).

Sure it wont be too late Tony!
Im sure there will be many European rulings that state no open bottles of alcohol , no music between the hours of 7 pm till 5 pm the following day and any use of heat used for the cooking of food must be generated by the sun!
so im sure you will be ok!
if we find that this is not the case park at the top and we will relaease the hand brake on your hotel and send you down through el rouge!
SIMPLES!

Lee

Race 1: Nigel Reuben/Peter Venn/ Neil Harrison
Race 2:Dan Clowes/Jeremy Timms/ Peter Venn

http://www.ris-timing.be/ and choose summer classic and then our races are there. These are the official results as prepared by Belgian Timekeepers. Since 50% of my grid placings were wrong, I do not hold them in high regard. (Bitter twisted rant to follow.)

I'm not sure whether the PMs work, so please email me via the startline editor link. I don't want to put my email up on a public forum for obvious spam reasons.

I have been tall since I was 12 and I have always thought it pretty naff to make any comment on other peoples' stature. After all your height is like your IQ or the size of your d*** it's just what you get given. It's what you do with things that counts.
I have had to change my ideas since our wonderful weekend at Spa. I have come to the conclusion that helpfulness and height in Belgian circuit officials are inversely proportional. Some of them really couldn't try harder to be unpleasant and this was particularly the case with the little ones!
Great meeting, we had a marvellous time, thanks to all who organised it.
