Gear Ratio change - assistance required

Post by omsracer »

I am relatively new to Hewlands after playing with motorbike engines for years. Sprockets I can handle but Hewlands as a little different. I know I need to change my third gear for Snetterton but am not confident that if I pull the gearbox apart I can get it back in. Would anyone be prepared to assist on Saturday evening, as I will have to run with it on Saturday.
Regards
Peter

If they can't make it, or get stuck in traffic etc., I'd be happy to act as their stand-in.

it sounds to me as though "How to change your Hewland gears" might make a nice Saturday Night Social session along similar lines to the first aid idea.

Always happy to drop Emma in it!
