In addition to our two Championships this year, the Club now has three non-Championship events planned for this season:
Spa Summer Classic 27-29 June
Entries for this super event are coming in well. Despite recent rumours that it's already completely full we do still have a bit of space left. The meeting has a ferry-friendly meeting timetable, and testing is also available on Thursday 26 June. Please contact me for information & entry form - but don't leave it too long!
Mallory Park 20 July
We've been offered a 15 min qual/20 min race slot at the only car meeting currently scheduled for Mallory Park this year. Following an initial email to Members we already have more than enough interest to run the event. Cars in any Monoposto class are eligible. Sponsorship has also been arranged and there will be cash awards, as well as a sympathetic entry fee refund policy in case you have a disaster at Oulton the day before and so can't run at Mallory. We haven't issued entry forms yet, so if you want to be on the priority list to get one then please contact me straight away - if you have not already done so!
Brands Hatch Indy 22/23 Nov
This will be a four race event, with a qualification session and 2 races for everyone on each day, all for a very low cost entry fee. As in 2013 it's a support event for the BRDC F4 Winter series. It's fantastic value and will be very popular. It will be first come-first served so watch out for the entry forms which will be available later in the year.
