I have just discovered a small hole in the bottom of my fuel bladder. As it is rather old, circa 20 years +, and Premier Fuel systems will not repair it. Not sure how much a new one will cost but it won't be cheap I reckon. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to repair what is a small, less than 3 mill. hole in the bladder.

I had to have a new one in 2008, I seem to remember it cost me about £900
Premier were very easy to deal with and still have the drawings on file for all the Reynards.
I have not come across anyone who will admit to repairing old fuel cells, we live in 'litigation nation' too much of a risk if it went wrong.

Might be worth researching some of the aircraft restorer forums? I know safety in aircraft circles is paramount but who nows what cunning repair methods might have been hatched up over the years for all those crop-sprayers in the backwoods where maybe the inspector doesn't come around too often?

Much depends on the quality of the rubber in the cell as to whether it could be fixed, but I would suggest having a word with a good technical dive shop. You would be amazed how much of our kit needs to be repaired on a regular basis. Granted, much of our kit these days is neoprene or a tri-laminate but many of the old school should be able to advise of rubber repairs.
