Re: Formula Vee to run in Mono 1600

Looking back Dave you were right. I maybe was a little over aggressive when it came to Simon. But he was THE man to beat and very respected amongst the FF1600/club racing community. So i did kinda over do it :?
Would i do it again.............maybe

Re: Formula Vee to run in Mono 1600

I The only problem I have encountered with formula Vee has been the drivers. On numerous occassions, testing sessions have been stopped because of comedy V drivers crashing into each other whilst racing. Their races seemed to be rather more accident packed as well. One can only assume that with thei...

Re: Formula Vee to run in Mono 1600

Vee's have run in mono 1600 during the past. I remember racing at Oulton in 1999 ish and we had a Vee. Dont see why they cant run in 1600's. Lets face it some of the 1600's dont lap under 1 min 20! When i was a boy racing in 1998 I was lapping in the low 16's! Vees would be a welcome addition to the...

Re: £25 Late Entry/cancellation Fee!

You will find Saimer that if you withdrew an entry a few days before the event you may get a full refund. It depends on what kind of mood the organiser is in. I once pulled out on the morning of an event and got a refund. I cant say if this is true of CCSC but it maybe so.

Re: New Club Administrator for 2009

I was flicking through some old programs in the loft last night and saw you entered in it at the International Trophy meeting at Silverstone 1986. I did wonder if it was you.

Re: Compomotive

I have no idea. Spending all my time and money on my house at the moment. I would like to be around at a few events this year lending a hand if needed. Thats if the Magic Motorsports contract allows me too.

Re: Compomotive

Dermot I would imagine would have some rims. Try Image wheels http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/pages/contact.html They make rims, hubs etc to fit Compomotive wheels. When i had the Lola I broke a hub and they recast a copy for £40! That was I know 7-8 years ago so prices would have changed. I have bough...
