I noticed that 750MC were happy to perform live snatches with telehandlers under double waved yellows, whereas MSVR would have released the safety car to recover those cars.

No particular restriction, except not on your helmet.

Depends what you want if for, you get most as a driver aid if you can see your steering action, but you can get interesting shots by mounting elsewhere.

I believe that when you buy track time, as well as track time you are buying mopping up time to clear dead or stricken cars before the next session starts. Compared to the Trackday Trophy referenced above, they have the same or similar track time but less sessions, so less mop up sessions to pay for...
