Plus he'll need to get the gear ratios spot on to get the most from it. Would be interesting to do a comparison at the wheels. One of the advantages of the torque of the VX, paticularly on 45s and 36mm chokes is that you can run as a four speed and indeed at Brands a three speed. This means you can...

The Monoposto Championship is for Single Seater Racing cars which definition in the Blue Book states 'the construction must be symmetrical' and 'when weighed without driver the half weight either side must be equal to half the weight +/- 5%. I am shocked more so than anyone else on this news. To be told via Startline of this news is a little disappointing. For Silverstone, what is the chance of me entering the car for both 2000 class and the usual 1600/1800/1000 etc? Atleast that way I can get more track time.... Minimum weight may be an issue. Tony.
