thanks guys some good food for thought. appreciate the advice looking into the trailer license here its 12hrs of lessons and around 3600 GBP...... trailers are considered `cars` and have a two yearly MOT and annual insurance/road tax etc etc, circa 3000 GBP per year..... thanks mark, one consideration is ..i dont have an estate car - i have space for parking a truck, or a trailer but not a new estate car and a trailer. now if i could use my old pick up as a tow vehicle that could swing things... but im not sure my old pick up would make a good tow vehicle. not reall...

Thanks guys Over here in japan you can drive a 5000kg GVW truck on normal license so theres no issue with weight. i was looking at buying a flatbed truck with a 4.5m bed and adding ramps, maybe a hoist. something like this... Im not sure i fancy towing a trailer..... i dont have any experience with ...

i found attaching it via the the casing foot always causes the case to break due to vibration no matter how the foot is mounted to the car. i think every car at our club has a broken case.... in the end after breaking two cases i found a good solution by attaching the rear door to a flat ally plate ...

thanks guys, what was making me wonder is the fact there is a rubber hose attached to the air pressure sensor that goes all the way up to the engine. it has a loop in the end of the hose but isnt connected to anything. perhaps its so it can measure the atmospheric pressure at the engine rather than ...

engine is stock F3.

the recommended engine oil is Castrol 10W60.

hi guys, sorting out an extinguisher for my f393. i presume i cant get the original refilled by anyone (japan) so need to replace with new. can any old AFFF extinguisher be used? i noticed the domestic ones have `use upright` printed on them...do the `fia approved` ones or ones sold for motorsporst ...

Hi guys, possibly a silly question but i dont want to mess up on my c20xe engined F393 I have this thingy on the end of the fuel rail (I guess its a pressure regulator?) there is an outlet/inlet pipe coming from it with nothing attached.
